Shipping

- We ship both locally and worldwide.
Shipping times:
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Shipping cost:
- Orders over $80 will have free shipping.
- Orders under $80 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Options:
- Standard shipping (3-5 business days) $9.00
- Express shipping (1-2 business days) $15.00
- International-Priority Mail Shipping $25.00
Shipping Policy:
- Orders only ship on business days (Monday-Friday)
- Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before shipping
How do I track my order?
- Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your order; periodically check for updates via the link
Payments
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
For Products:
- We accept all major credit cards and debit cards,
- Amazon pay,
- and Apple pay
Can I cancel an order that has been placed?
- Sorry, we do not accept cancellations.
For Bookings:
- Clients will be charged 50% of total service fee to confirm booking. This payment is nonrefundable. Remaining balance will be paid in full before treatment session on the service date
- Invoices may be sent for certain services or products to complete payment
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept FSA/HSA payments.
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
International Taxes
International taxes, custom duties and fee levied by your country's customs department upon arrival, might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:
The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.
- The customs value is made up of:
- the price paid for the goods,
- the insurance cost,
- the shipping cost.
When ordering from mirrorimageme.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country .MIRROR IMAGE AESTHETICS does not collect duties and taxes, nor can we predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product is damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or exchange.
- Exchanges will only be considered if the wrong products(s) were shipped. Therefore, please make sure you have the correct size(s) and color(s) before finalizing your purchase.
- Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. Lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order will not become our responsibility for further actions. We recommend that you file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
- For returns, please email info@mirrorimageme.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
I received the wrong product, what do I do?
- In the unlikely event that the wrong item(s) is shipped to you, we apologize for any inconveniences this has caused. Please contact us via the support page or email at info@mirrorimageme.com within 7 days after the package is received to return the product.
Requests will not be accepted if made after 7 days of receipt
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received (unwashed, unworn, and no defects or damages) with tags attached.
- We will not accept exchanges or proceed with alternative solutions if the product has been worn, washed, or damaged.
Booking My Appointment/ Groupon Policy
Self-scheduling:
- You can book online via the booking tab or link at least 48 hours before your desired time
Same-day booking:
- You are not able to book same day appointments yourself through the booking tab
- PLEASE CALL front desk for availability and to have a staff member book for you if schedule permits
*After booking is confirmed, please check your email (that was used for booking) within 24-48 hours for contracts to provide a e-signature before appointment date
Weekly Specials booking:
- You can only book a specified weekly special (one service) for 1x/month.
Groupon Policy
BOOKING
When purchasing a groupon, please call us at (980) 800-1380 to book a date and time.
RESCHEDULING
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call within 48 hours of your appointment date. If you fail to reschedule per our policy guidelines or if you are a no-show, your groupon will be redeemed on the date you were supposed to serviced. However, you are able to reschedule with us at a convenient time.
Please note, rescheduling must be done within 30 days of the original appointment date. If you do not show for your rescheduled appointment, then you will be banned from booking any services in the future.
CANCEL/REFUND
To cancel your service and/or request a refund, you must go directly through Groupon.
Cancel or Reschedule Appointment Policy
Cancel
- If there is a need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we ask for a 48-hour notice
- Clients are able to reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in their confirmation email sent after booking or via phone with our office
- NO CALL/NO SHOW for scheduled appointments will be charged the FULL service price and the individual will be banned from scheduling future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- A NO CALL/NO SHOW is defined as no contact (no phone call, text, or email) at all BEFORE your scheduled appointment time to notify us that you will not be able to make it.
- “NO SHOW” for appointments made outside of normal business hours WILL result in a full service charge
Reschedule
- Please reschedule no later than 48 hours of your appointment date
- If rescheduling is after 48 hours of service date, then client will be subject to an additional $20 fee at date of new appointment
- Clients have up to 30 days to choose a new date and time for your next appointment. After 30 days, you forfeit your deposit and will have to book a new appointment.
- Your service time will not be extended due to your lateness, resulting in a deducted overall treatment session time. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you arrive on time
- Lateness that exceeds 15 minutes will require you to re-schedule
Rescheduling and Cancel for Packages
- All packages must be completed within 90 days from date of the first session
- No refunds or substitutions for remaining sessions
- Package will be deemed null and void after 90 days of first session
