Mirror Image Aesthetics is a luxury spa located in Charlotte, NC that specializes in body contouring, post-op care, holistic health and wellness practices, facials, waxing, massages, and much more beauty services.

RECEPTIONIST
 
In this role, you will strive to meet the needs of our clientele from the moment they walk through the door until the time that they depart. The successful candidate must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the client’s experience at Mirror Image is nothing less than exceptional.
 
Requirements:
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk/customer service experience; preferably from within the spa, medical spa, resort, or other high-level hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills; organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to assist with professional and relevant social media posts and engagements. Experience with creating content on Instagram, TikTok, reels, etc preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to the following:

  • Provide excellent customer service experiences, via phone or in person, by scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text with previous clients and potential new clients
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all services, products, and promotions and provide treatment specifics to clients
  • Collect payment for client services and retail product sales
  • Ensure that the spa is prepared for proper opening and closing each day according to established protocols and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of common areas
  • Help to prep rooms/sanitize between clients when needed

HOURS (PART-TIME):

Tuesday-Friday: 10am - 7pm

Saturday: 11am-5pm

15-20 hours per week requiring at least 4 days a week within Mirror Image Aesthetics established operating hours.

Pay: $11/hour

ESTHETICIAN
Actively build a repeat clientele and provide personalized skin care experiences using efficient technology and techniques. Be able to make individualized product recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

Age: Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Experience: At least 6 months or more with existing clientele preferred. Ability to offer waxing and facial services preferred.

You must show images of your work. Please include your business social media handle (Instagram or Facebook) that features your work.  

License/Certification: A valid North Carolina State Esthetician License is required.

  • Must provide original copy of Esthetics license

Availability: Maintain flexible schedule. Be open to accepting clients on some evenings, weekends, holidays, if requested.

Supplemental Pay: Tips

Weekly Rental Fee: $200/wk; $150/wk for the first month

Communication

  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with clients, co-workers and management.
  • Maintain client confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibility

  • Follow up with clients’ post-treatment to ensure a positive experience
  • Obtain client consents and explaining post-care instructions to clients following services
  • Take before and after photos to document client progress
  • Sanitize room in between patient treatments and maintain a clean, organized work area for a pleasant patient experience

Full-time, Contract

 

 

 

PERMANENT MAKEUP ARTIST

Create a natural looking eyebrow tattoo, lip tattoo, and/or eyeline tattoo for clients.

Requirements:

Age: Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Experience: New or experienced.

Please include your business social media handle (Instagram or Facebook) that features your work.

License/Certification:

  • NC Cosmetology or Esthetician license

Availability: Maintain flexible schedule. Be open to accepting clients on some evenings, weekends, holidays, if requested.

Supplemental Pay: Tips

Weekly Rental Fee: $150/wk

Communication

  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with clients, co-workers and management.
  • Maintain client confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.

Create a natural or mega volume lash set for clients.
 
Requirements:

Age: Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Experience: New or experienced. Please include your business social media handle (Instagram or Facebook) that features your work.  

Availability: Maintain flexible schedule. Be open to accepting clients on some evenings, weekends, holidays, if requested.

Supplemental Pay: Tips

License/Certification:

  • NC Esthetician or Cosmetology License or
  • Lash Extension Training

Weekly Rental Fee: $150/wk

Communication

  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with clients, co-workers and management.
  • Maintain client confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibility

MASSAGE THERAPIST
 

Licensed Massage Therapist interested in helping clients with self care and the ultimate relaxation experience. This position is for a Massage Therapist who can work independently, but who would like to be part of a team of specialists.

Requirements:

  • Deep tissue massage: 6 months to 1 year preferred
  • Liability Insurance

License/Certification:

  • LMT (Required)
